  3. You can either setup your account as a direct pay or you may pass this screening fee on to your guests directly.
  4. You will receive alerts throughout the process, keeping you informed on the status of their screening.
  5. Once screening results have been finalized, we will either provide you (individual accounts) with a pass or fail status directly or provide the results to your condo/homeowner association (if required for compliance) to finalize the process.
