- You can either setup your account as a direct pay or you may pass this screening fee on to your guests directly.
- You will receive alerts throughout the process, keeping you informed on the status of their screening.
- Once screening results have been finalized, we will either provide you (individual accounts) with a pass or fail status directly or provide the results to your condo/homeowner association (if required for compliance) to finalize the process.
